n Role Overview
n We are seeking a Finance Specialist who will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting processes
n Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations
n Ensure statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST, etc.)
n Prepare financial reports, MIS, and dashboards
n Support budgeting and forecasting activities




n Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
n Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processes
n n Requirements
n n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
n 1–2 years of relevant experience
n Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
n Experience with tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems
