n What You'll Do
n n Source and close commercial leasing & sales transactions.
n Meet corporate clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
n Conduct property inspections and client meetings.
n Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers.
n Negotiate deals, ensure timely collections, and achieve monthly sales targets.
n Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal closures.
n n What We're Looking For




n n Minimum 1-2 years of Real Estate Sales Experience.
n Undergraduate or Graduate.
n Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
n Must own a bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
n Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
