n Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)
n Key Responsibilities
n n Prepare and verify contractor RA and final bills.
n Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations.
n Verify site measurements and subcontractor bills.
n Coordinate with Site, Purchase & Accounts teams.
n Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and work orders.
n Track billing milestones and project costs.
n Prepare billing MIS, cost analysis, and reconciliation reports.
n Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and audits.
n n Requirements
n n Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
n 3–6 years of billing experience with a real estate developer.
n Solid knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and billing procedures.
n Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings.
n Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD & ERP knowledge preferred.
n Experience in redevelopment/residential projects is an advantage.
