n Role Overview -
n We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Associate – Fashion & Graphics to join the ONIISAAB creative team.
n This role is ideal for someone serious about building a long-term career in fashion design, streetwear, and creative direction.
n The selected candidate will go through a mandatory 2-month paid training & internship period, focused on understanding ONIISAAB's design systems, creative workflow, production process, and brand language.
n Candidates who perform well during this period will transition into a long-term full-time role within the brand.
n This is not a passive or support-only role.
n You will be expected to contribute ideas, execute creative work at a high level, and actively participate in the development of real collections.
n What You'll Work On -
n n Designing garments and concepts for upcoming collections
n Developing original graphics and visual directions
n Creating fashion mockups and presentation sheets
n Assisting in collection development from concept to production




n Creating and editing tech packs and production-ready files
n Researching references, fabrics, trims, washes, and silhouettes
n Developing CLO 3D renderings and visualisations
n Supporting branding, packaging, and creative direction
n Working on real products that go into manufacturing
n n Required Skills (Must Have)
n n Robust understanding of fashion + graphic design fundamentals
n Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
n Strong visual taste and understanding of silhouettes
n Deep interest in anime, manga, Japanese culture, and streetwear
n Attention to detail and strong file management skills
n Ability to understand and execute creative direction effectively
n n Highly Preferred
n n CLO 3D proficiency
n Tech pack experience
n Understanding of garment manufacturing
n Knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, and print techniques
n Previous experience working on apparel/fashion projects
