n Role and Responsibilities
n Designer is responsible for trend research, creating design concept, select colour stories by working closely with Lead Design/ Category Designer for respective brand or department.
n Design Management:
n n Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality standards.
n Manage the development of current products, ensuring they meet market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines.
n Ensure timely delivery of design projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
n n Market Research and Trend Analysis:
n n Conduct market research to identify current and future design trends.
n Analyse competitors and consumer behaviour to inform design decisions.
n Utilize insights to innovate and enhance the product range.
n n Collaboration and Communication:
n n Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches.
n Communicate design concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
n Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers,



and other partners.
n n Quality and Compliance:
n n Ensure all design outputs meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
