Job Description Job Summary :
n We are looking for an experienced Sr. Director – PMO / Delivery Operations to lead large-scale EdTech delivery programs, operational governance, execution excellence, and cross-functional business delivery across the organization.
n The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in Program Management, PMO Governance, Delivery Leadership, and Operations Management, with the ability to manage both Content and Technology delivery functions within a fast-paced EdTech workplace.
n The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital learning ecosystems, content development lifecycle, instructional design workflows, product/technology delivery, engineering execution, and client-facing program management. Prior experience in EdTech domain will be strongly preferred, though leaders with exposure to managing large-scale learning/content + technology delivery environments will also be considered.
n The role requires a highly execution-driven leader who can manage enterprise delivery operations, multi-functional teams, customer relationships, operational governance, and business-critical delivery programs at scale.
n Key Responsibilities
n Program & Delivery Leadership
n • Drive end-to-end execution of multiple strategic delivery programs across Content, Technology, Product, and Operations teams.
n • Ensure projects and programs are delivered within defined timelines, quality benchmarks, and business objectives.
n • Establish and drive strong PMO governance frameworks, execution discipline, and delivery processes across the organization.
n • Manage delivery operations across multiple parallel workstreams while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
n EdTech Delivery & Content Operations
n • Manage large-scale delivery operations involving digital learning content development, instructional design, media production, learning experience design, and content execution teams.
n • Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end learning content development lifecycle, from design to final delivery.
n • Work closely with Instructional Design, Content Development, Learning Experience, Accessibility, and Media teams to drive operational excellence.
n • Strong understanding of EdTech delivery ecosystem, digital learning solutions, content production workflows, and learning product development.
n Technology Delivery & Engineering Operations
n • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of technology delivery programs.
n • Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Product Engineering, Cloud Platforms, DevOps processes, release management, and deployment cycles.
n • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA,



Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to align delivery execution with business priorities.
n • Oversee operational coordination between Content and Technology teams to ensure integrated delivery success.
n Client & Stakeholder Management
n • Act as a strategic interface between clients, business leaders, delivery teams, and executive leadership.
n • Manage customer communication, delivery reviews, escalations, governance meetings, and overall account management.
n • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and execution confidence.
n • Handle stakeholder escalations and drive resolution in high-pressure delivery environments.
n Cross Functional Leadership
n • Lead large cross-functional teams across Content, Instructional Design, Product, Engineering, DevOps, Delivery, QA, and Operations.
n • Build collaboration frameworks and ensure strong coordination across departments.
n • Drive accountability, ownership culture, execution discipline, and delivery excellence across teams.
n • Mentor delivery managers, program managers, and functional leaders.
n Metrics, Governance & Operational Excellence
n • Own organization-wide delivery metrics, dashboards, utilization tracking, productivity reporting, and project health reviews.
n • Monitor operational KPIs, team performance, delivery efficiency, and execution quality standards.
n • Drive process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce delivery bottlenecks, and enhance business outcomes.
n • Strong command over Excel, dashboards, management reporting systems, and operational analytics.

n • Exposure to global delivery models and multi-country stakeholder management will be preferred.
