n Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
n Provide accurate information about products and services.
n Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.




n Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
n Build strong relationships with customers by delivering quality service.
n Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.
n n Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
n Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
n Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
