n We are seeking a YouTube Producer (Hindi) who can combine strong editorial instincts with platform expertise to help grow our digital audience across business, markets, economy, and personal finance content.
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Publish and optimize YouTube content for maximum reach and engagement
n • Write compelling Hindi titles, descriptions, and thumbnail copy
n • Drive YouTube SEO and audience growth initiatives
n • Monitor analytics and use insights to improve content performance
n • Increase watch time, viewer retention,



and subscriber growth
n • Identify and package trending business news, market updates, economic developments, and personal finance stories for digital audiences
n • Collaborate with editorial and video teams to create impactful content strategies
n Requirements:
n • 2–3 years of experience in YouTube production, digital publishing, or news content creation
n • Strong understanding of business news, stock markets, economy, corporate developments, and personal finance
n • Experience with YouTube analytics, SEO, and audience development
n • Excellent Hindi writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills
n • Ability to work in a fast-paced news setting and identify content opportunities quickly
