n Job Summary
n We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Inside Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about sales, marketing, and business development. This opportunity is ideal for MBA graduates or candidates from reputed universities who possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to generating business opportunities.
n The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, digital marketing, client engagement, and promoting Phoenix Business Consulting's SAP consulting services.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
n Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp marketing.
n Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings or demo calls for the sales team.
n Design attractive marketing content using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
n Execute digital marketing campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
n Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
n Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
n Prepare and send sales proposals, marketing presentations, and client communication.
n Support SAP partner ecosystem activities and business development initiatives.




n Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly business targets.
n Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
n Assist management in executing daily marketing and inside sales activities.
n n Required Qualifications
n n MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
n Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
n Candidates from reputed universities will be given preference.
n n Required Skills
n n Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n Confident in speaking with clients and building professional relationships.
n Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
n Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
