Job Description Education- B. Arch
n 7 to 10 Years in similar profile in Pharma Consulting/ Solar/ EPC
n MS Word, MS Excel, Auto Cad, Revit
n Master Planning, Façade design, Layout Planning and Interior Planning.
n Tender dwgs and documents, coordinated GFC dwgs
n Municipal and Submission dwgs preparation
n Coordination with various disciplines and client
n Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines & Statutory Requirements
n Follow Code of Ethics set by the company
n Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
n Language. Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement.
n Seeks information and help from others when assisting clients with queries
n Keeps pace with high volumes of work when necessary
