n About the Role : Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented skilled to join its Central Project Monitoring Team. The role focuses on end-to-end project tracking, coordination, and ensuring timely execution with quality and safety compliance.
n Objective of the Role : To be a part of the Central Project Monitoring Team and ensure effective planning, monitoring, coordination, and execution of projects across assigned locations, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Monitor day-to-day project activities across multiple sites based on assigned Projects.
n Monitoring of the Projects through L-3 Network or Gantt Chart or MS - Projects
n Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality compliance standards at project sites
n Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of plant and machinery as per approved BBQ
n Liaise with detailed engineering consultants for release of tender documents and drawings
n Evaluate technical offers from vendors and support the tender finalization process




n Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely execution
n Maintain regular communication with vendors/suppliers to ensure dispatches align with schedules
n Identify delays or deviations in committed schedules and proactively address them
n Prepare periodic project monitoring reports and dashboards for management review
n n Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
n n Adherence to project timelines and milestone achievement
n Vendor performance and on-time delivery rate
n Compliance with safety and quality standards
n Reduction in project delays and cost overruns
n Efficiency in tender evaluation and closure timelines
n Accuracy and timeliness of project monitoring reports
n Coordination effectiveness between internal and external stakeholders
n n Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) – Mandatory & Master's degree (M.Tech / MBA) – Preferred
n Experience : 5+ years of experience in the Industries
n Required Skills & Competencies
n n Strong project management and coordination skills
n Good understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs, and tendering processes
n Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards
n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n Analytical and problem-solving abilities
n Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting systems
n Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
n Vendor management and negotiation skills.
