n We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Real Estate Video Editor with a passion for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have proven experience editing premium residential, commercial, and luxury real estate content that drives engagement and generates leads.
n You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into cinematic, high-impact videos that showcase properties in the most compelling way across digital platforms.
n Key Responsibilities
n - Edit luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and architectural property videos with a premium cinematic approach.
n - Create high-converting content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
n - Produce property walkthroughs, drone showcase videos, promotional films, builder campaigns, project launches, and brand videos.
n - Perform advanced color correction, cinematic color grading, sound design, audio cleanup, and music synchronization.
n - Integrate motion graphics, animated typography, lower thirds, logo animations, map animations, floor plans, callouts, and branding elements.
n - Edit and stabilize drone footage while highlighting key architectural features and surrounding amenities.
n - Create engaging rapid-paced edits with strong storytelling, pacing, and seamless transitions.
n - Optimize videos for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) without compromising quality.
n - Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
n - Collaborate closely with cinematographers, photographers, creative directors, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
n - Maintain organized project files, backups, and version control throughout production.
