n > B2B Sales professional with a robust track record of selling BPO/KPO services to US Retail & eCommerce clients
n Key Responsibilities:
n Drive new business acquisition for Retail BPO/KPO services
n Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
n Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across US Retail and eCommerce organizations.
n Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver scalable outsourcing solutions.
n We're Looking For:
n 8–12 years of B2B sales experience selling BPO/KPO services to US clients.
n Strong understanding of Retail Content, eCommerce operations, and Digital Catalog Management.
n Experience managing enterprise clients across US time zones.
n Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
n MBA is preferred.
