Job Description We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong development background and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a software developer, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and hands-on exposure to software delivery processes. This is a leadership role that requires both technical insight and project management expertise.
n What You Will Do:
n n Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects
n .Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
n .Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring Agile best practices are followed
n .Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos
n .Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively
n .Oversee task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, and timelines




n .Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure alignment of technical design with business objectives
n .Monitor engineering progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools
n .Ensure integration of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and release management

n Required Skills & Qualificatio
n n nsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fiel
n d.8–15 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a project management or Scrum Master role, and prior experience as a software develope
n r.Strong command over at least one programming language or framework (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.
n ).Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipeline
n s.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is mandator
n y.Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOp
