Qualifications

- Minimum graduation from a UGC-recognized university, preferably with a degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a personal banking or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and interact professionally with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all transactions and customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer inquiries and transactions.
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems for productive transaction processing.
