We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for a SaaS-based recruitment platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid sense of aesthetics, layout, and usability, and will collaborate with product and development teams to deliver intuitive, consistent experiences across web and mobile.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design intuitive layouts, navigation flows, and interactive user interfaces.
- Convert functional requirements and user stories into visual wireframes and mockups.
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and UI style guides.
- Create clickable prototypes and iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure responsiveness and usability across devices and platforms.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and heuristic evaluations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in usability testing and refine designs to improve experience and engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 1 - 3 years of experience in UI and UX design (preferably for SaaS or web applications).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Ability to translate wireframes and prototypes into clean, functional designs.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design techniques.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and color sense.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
