n Key Responsibilities:
n ● Develop concepts and stories for factual entertainment formats
n ● Build compelling pitch decks and treatment documents
n ● Write scripts for short form edits, teasers and promos




n ● Sit on edits with editors and shape cuts hands on
n ● Switch between formats and tones without losing sharpness
n ● Use AI tools across the development pipeline - research, writing, visualization
n Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
n ● 4-5+ years in film, TV, digital content or factual entertainment
n ● Solid writing and storytelling instincts
n ● Proficiency with deck making (Keynote, Google Slides or similar)
n ● Basic editing ability (Premiere Pro or similar)
n ● Fluency with AI tools for creative work
n ● Portfolio depth over job titles - show us work you drove end to end
n ● Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru
n ● Hardworking, sharp, self driven
