Job Description We are looking for a Senior Architect with extensive experience in residential developments to lead the design and execution of high-rise housing projects in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design to site execution, coordination with consultants and ensuring compliance with local development regulations.
n Key Responsibilities
n * Lead architectural design for residential buildings including apartments, luxury housing and redevelopment projects.
n * Develop concepts, layouts, unit planning and façade designs optimized for Mumbai conditions.
n * Review and respond to authority comments and revisions.
n * Ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.
n * Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
n * Address site-level technical issues and provide timely solutions.
n * Excellent communication and client-handling skills.




n Preferred Experience
n * 8–15 years (with strong residential project experience)
n •Proven experience in high-rise residential and redevelopment projects.
n * Experience working with Mumbai developers and approval processes.
n * Exposure to luxury residential or large township projects is an advantage.
n Education
n * Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (M. Arch).
n * Registration with Council of Architecture (COA).
n Technical Skills
n * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
n * Knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
n * Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
