n SortYourTrip is a travel-tech company that simplifies international travel planning through personalized itineraries and seamless bookings. We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
n Key Responsibilities
n • Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books.
n • Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.
n • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor balances.
n • Generate invoices and track customer payments.
n • Process supplier payments and maintain payable/receivable records.
n • Assist in preparing GST-related data and coordinate with the company's CA.
n • Maintain organized financial documentation and reports.
n • Ensure timely and accurate month-end bookkeeping.
n • Handle bookkeeping related to travel packages, vendor payments, and customer transactions.
n Requirements




n • 2–4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
n • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
n • Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.
n • Good understanding of GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping principles.
n • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
n • Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
n • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
n Preferred Skills
n • Experience handling multiple vendors and travel-related transactions.
n • Familiarity with accounting workflows in travel agencies or tour operators.
n • Valuable communication and coordination skills.
