KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, recruiters & hiring partners.- Generate internship and full-time placement opportunities for students.- Manage the complete placement cycle — job sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers & joining.- Organize placement drives, virtual hiring events & corporate interactions.- Guide students on resumes, interviews, communication & career readiness.- Work closely with trainers and internal teams to improve student employability.- Maintain placement data,
recruiter database and prepare MIS/reports.- Achieve monthly & quarterly placement targets and drive repeat hiring partnerships.? REQUIREMENTS- 2–5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Development.- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.- Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools.- EdTech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.?
