Role Purpose:Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and governance across manufacturing plants and sales operations. This is a complete unit CFO role, responsible for ensuring financial health, driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting sustainable business growth in a capital-intensive beverage manufacturing environment.The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the MD and Board, contributing to long-term value creation while managing complex cost structures, supply chains, and regulatory requirements specific to the beverage/FMCG sector.KEY DRIVERS:Financial Planning & StrategyDevelop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to drive growth and profitability.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across plant and sales operations.2.Financial Reporting & ComplianceOversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS, GST, corporate tax laws, and other statutory requirements.Manage internal and external audits and regulatory filings (including SEBI regulations, if applicable).3.Treasury, Cash Flow & Capital ManagementManage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships,
