Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales customization, administration, configuration, and development.The ideal candidate should possess a balanced mix of functional consulting and technical development skills, capable of understanding business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 Sales applications, and delivering custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dataverse technologies.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to design, implement, and support enterprise CRM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Conduct workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution discussions.Configure Dynamics 365 Sales applications based on business requirements.Design and implement Lead, Chance, Account, Contact, and Sales Process Management solutions.Create and customize Forms, Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Business Process Flows.Support UAT, user training, deployment, and post-production activities.Prepare solution design documents, user stories,



and functional specifications.Technical ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Plugins using C# and .NET.Customize Dynamics 365 using JavaScript and client-side scripting.Design and implement Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, Business Rules, and Power Automate Flows.Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using Web API, REST APIs, and Dataverse.Create and maintain Model-Driven Apps using Power Platform.Work with Ribbon Workbench and Command Bar customizations.Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Support solution deployment across Development, UAT, and Production environments.Required SkillsDynamics 365 CE (Sales)Forms, Views, Dashboards & Security ModelC#, .NET, JavaScriptPlugins & Custom WorkflowsDataverse (Bound/Unbound Actions, Web API)Power Apps & Power AutomateRibbon Workbench, XRM ToolboxJira / Azure DevOps / GitHubQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred.Power Platform Certifications preferred.
