We are building a scalable, future-ready platform across industrial alcohol and spirits, with a robust focus on growth and expansion.The roleWe are looking for an experienced Unit Head to take complete ownership of the distillery- covering operations, compliance, administration, and government liaison-ensuring smooth, compliant, and uninterrupted plant functioning.Your responsibilitiesFull ownership of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and overall administrationEnsure smooth day-to-day functioning of the distillery with high efficiency and minimal downtimeLead regulatory compliance and liaison with UP Excise, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, and all relevant government authoritiesManage end-to-end NOCs, licenses, renewals, inspections, and statutory compliancesEnsure strict adherence to environmental, safety,
