- At least 5 years managing multiple data implementation projects- Hands on Agile experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).- Impressive executive presence and communication abilities passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing global company- Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.- Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.- Must be able to work as per client time zones- The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making.- Ability to manage multiple projects.- Excellent presentation and communication skills is a MUST- JIRA, Confluence- MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools.- Must be able to work with multiple teams / global team- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team- Robust understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done.
