Job Description - Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant (PPM with Grants Management)Responsibilities- Implement and support the Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) module, including Project Execution Management, in Oracle Cloud ERP production environments.- Gather business requirements, prepare requirement documents, perform fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.- Engage with business users across multiple business units to understand business objectives and deliver effective Oracle Cloud solutions.- Configure Oracle Cloud PPM applications based on business requirements.- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, solution design workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.- Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout implementation, support, and post-go-live activities.- Monitor project milestones and ensure successful project delivery and go-live.- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for project execution and issue resolution.- Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend process improvements.Mandatory Skills- Minimum 6+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and/or support experience.- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant or Lead Consultant.- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
