Job Description Hiring Alert on eazyway.Io | Project Manager – Core Banking Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka Work Type: On-Site | Full-Time Total Positions: 3 Experience : 5 - 10 Years Rumango Software and Consulting Services is looking to hire a Project Manager – Core Banking through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Core Banking implementations, project delivery, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end banking projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of Core Banking solutions within scope, schedule, and budget. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Delivery - Manage end-to-end delivery of Core Banking implementation, upgrade, and support projects. - Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. - Ensure successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely milestone completion. 2. Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage project status updates, risks, issues, and escalations. - Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



- Present project dashboards and steering committee reports to leadership. 3. Team Coordination - Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional teams. - Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-implementation support handover. - Ensure smooth collaboration across project teams and business units. 4. Project Governance & Risk Management - Track project risks, dependencies, change requests, and mitigation plans. - Ensure adherence to SDLC, project governance, and banking compliance standards. - Follow Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies as required. Experience & Qualifications - Experience: 5–10 years overall, including at least 3+ years in Project Management. - Education: Graduation in any discipline. - Hands-on experience managing Core Banking projects (Oracle FLEXCUBE preferred). - Strong understanding of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, and Trade Finance. - Experience managing complete project lifecycles from initiation to closure. - Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
