Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations for our Microfinance (MFI) business in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the branch team, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of MFI activities.
Drive loan disbursement targets and achieve business growth.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections.
Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, risk guidelines,
and compliance standards.
Develop strong relationships with customers and local communities.
Monitor field activities and support team in sourcing quality customers.
Prepare branch reports and coordinate with regional management.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
3–7 years of experience in Microfinance / NBFC sector.
Robust leadership, team handling, and branch management skills.
Good knowledge of MFI operations, collections, and risk management.
