Mode: On -site


Duration: 3 -6 Months Internship


Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:




- Handle end -to -end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.





- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.

- Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.






Requirements
- Pursuing or completed MBA, BBA, BBM, MSW, or any Graduation/Post -Graduation degree.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resources.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to interact confidently with candidates and clients.

- Strong organizational and time -management skills.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional approach.

- Must be available for a three month internship.

- Must be fluent in Kannada, English.

- Hands on Experience in Zoho Recruit is a plus.
