Hiring Business Development Representative for a Reputed/US MNC company located at Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

- Source new business opportunities from the open market through fieldwork, referrals, and local networking

- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to understand their financial needs

- Explain loan products and services clearly to customers

- Handle end-to-end customer interactions from lead generation to loan disbursement

- Collect, verify, and manage basic customer documentation required for loan processing

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing





- Follow up with customers to ensure document completion and process closure

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, and loan status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or loan sourcing

- Basic knowledge of loan products (personal loan, home loan, business loan, etc.) is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in the field and meet business targets

- Basic understanding of documentation and process flow

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused
