We are looking for a smart and customer -friendly Tour Consultant for our Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling end -to -end travel queries, assisting customers with tour packages, and ensuring smooth travel coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and an interest in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling & Travel Support
- Handle customer travel inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
- Provide complete travel information including itinerary, pricing, hotel details, transport, and sightseeing.
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel plans.
- Support customers from inquiry stage until completion of travel.
Tour Planning & Coordination
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and travel partners.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination for tours and travel arrangements.
Customer Service
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings and travel updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and quotations.
- Familiarity with MS Office preferred.
- Problem -solving and time management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Passion for travel and tourism industry.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle customers professionally.
