We are hiring experienced Technical Leads – Java to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise -grade applications within the Medical/Health Insurance domain. This role requires strong hands -on Java expertise, technical leadership, and a solid understanding of insurance workflows. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, make architecture decisions, and ensure high -quality, scalable, and secure application delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Lead end -to -end Java application development across the SDLC
- Define technical architecture and design solutions
- Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
- Resolve complex technical and production issues
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and guide development teams
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Support team skill development and technical growth
Domain Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders on medical insurance processes
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support UAT, enhancements, and change requests
Delivery & Quality:
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Coordinate with QA teams for high -quality releases
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and commitments
Required Skills:
- Strong hands -on experience in Core Java
- Experience with Struts framework
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise -scale applications
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns
- Proven technical leadership and team management experience
- Strong debugging and problem -solving skills
Domain Expertise:
- 4–6 years of experience in Medical / Health Insurance domain
- Understanding of insurance workflows such as:
- Policy Management
- Claims Processing
- Member Management
Valuable to Have:
- Exposure to microservices, modern frameworks, or cloud environments
- Experience in regulated domains (insurance/healthcare)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking and problem -solving ability
- High ownership and accountability
