Roles and Responsibilities :
Prepare UK corporate tax computations, returns, and quarterly instalment payment calculations.
Support UK tax accounting and reporting, including statutory disclosures and Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) compliance.
Assist with UK VAT, employment taxes, and ad -hoc UK tax advisory matters.
Coordinate with external tax compliance providers for US Federal, State,



and local corporate income tax filings.
Support US tax accounting, reporting cycles, and Sales & Use tax compliance.
Handle ad -hoc tax advisory work across the Americas region.Location :
