Job Summary:

Srisattva Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail -oriented Software Engineer (Fresher) to join its Technology team. The role involves supporting software development initiatives, ERP implementations, and client -centric projects, contributing to efficient and scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, customization, and deployment of software applications

Support ERP/CRM implementation projects (Zoho, Tally, etc.)

Perform testing, debugging,



and troubleshooting of applications

Understand business and client requirements to support solution delivery

Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports

Collaborate with cross -functional teams for project execution

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript)

- Understanding of databases and SQL queries

- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs)

- Strong analytical and problem -solving capabilities

- Mandatory Requirement

- Robust communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written)


Preferred Skills

- Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms (Zoho, Tally, etc.)

- Internship or academic project experience in software development
