- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

- 1–2 years in road/highway construction

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to take charge of and organize on-site activities related to road and highway construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in civil engineering practices, practical experience in construction management, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other project stakeholders.

- Ensure on-site safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.

- Manage the loading and unloading of construction materials.

- Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates to project managers.





- Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Functional Skills:

- Proficient in managing loading & unloading activities

- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications

- Ability to supervise and coordinate construction labor and subcontractors

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and equipment

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Rod/ Highway Site Supervisor or Site Engineer

- Solid understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
