We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with a strong focus on AI-first growth to lead and scale organic acquisition in a rapidly evolving search landscape. This role goes beyond traditional SEO, requiring a strategic thinker who understands how search is shifting toward AI-driven discovery and zero-click experiences. You will own the end-to-end search strategy across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms, ensuring content is not only optimized for rankings but also structured for visibility in AI-generated responses. Working closely with content, product, and engineering teams, you will drive high-intent traffic, improve discoverability, and build a predictable organic pipeline that contributes directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute an AI-first SEO strategy focused on both traditional search and AI-driven platforms
- Optimize content for discoverability across AI search environments, including semantic relevance and structured extraction
- Own keyword research and search intent mapping aligned with buyer journeys and business outcomes
- Develop content strategies and briefs that ensure high-ranking, conversion-focused, and AI-readable outputs
- Drive on-page SEO including metadata, schema, internal linking, and content hierarchy




- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve site performance, indexing, crawlability, and structured data implementation
- Build topic clusters and authority frameworks to strengthen organic visibility and domain expertise
- Track SEO performance with a focus on pipeline contribution, not just traffic metrics
- Run continuous experiments on content formats, AI visibility, and conversion optimization
- Ensure content is optimized for featured snippets, zero-click searches, and entity-based search models

What Makes You a Excellent Fit

- 4–7 years of experience in SEO within B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record of driving high-intent traffic and measurable business pipeline through SEO
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search, LLM optimization, and semantic/ entity-based SEO
- Ability to create content strategies that perform across both human search behavior and AI extraction models
- Expertise in keyword research, intent mapping, and content structuring
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, including site architecture, schema, and indexing strategies
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Strategic mindset focused on outcomes, conversions, and business impact rather than vanity metrics
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with content, product, and engineering teams
- Curiosity and adaptability to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI-first search ecosystem
