Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant
with a strong background in SAP ECC environments to support system
administration, maintenance, and performance optimization across SAP
landscapes. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in SAP
Basis administration, system refreshes, client copies, patching, and system
monitoring, along with experience managing integration between ECC, BW, PI/PO,
and Solution Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Perform day -to -day SAP Basis administration for SAP ECC and related
systems.

- Manage system installations, upgrades, migrations, and support
packages.

- Execute system refreshes, client copies, and transport management.

- Monitor system performance, perform tuning, and ensure high system
availability.

- Support SAP landscape management, including ECC, BW, PI/PO, and
Solution Manager.

- Manage and maintain user administration, roles, profiles, and
security parameters.

- Troubleshoot RFC, background jobs, spool management, and
performance issues.

- Configure and manage SAP routers, printers, and gateway services.

- Coordinate with infrastructure teams on database (Oracle/HANA), OS,
and network issues.

- Perform SAP kernel upgrades, patches,



and OSS note implementations.

- Support disaster recovery, backup/restore, and system health
checks.

- Maintain proper documentation, standard operating procedures, and
change control compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 8+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a focus on
SAP ECC 6.0 / NetWeaver environments.

- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, landscape design, and
transport management.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager (7.2) – system monitoring,
CHARM, and EWA reports.

- Proficient in database administration (HANA, Oracle, or SQL
Server).

- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems.

- Experience with system copies, refreshes, and migrations (SUM,
SWPM, SPAM/SAINT).

- Understanding of SAP Security concepts, including user management
and role assignments.

- Knowledge of SAP integrations with other systems (PI/PO, Fiori, BW,
S/4HANA).

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem -solving skills.

- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in S4HANA implementation
projects with Linux and HANA DB exposure.

- Experience in RISE with SAP model is added advantage. Should be
familiar with service request & case creation.

- Robust HANA Experience, NetWeaver concepts and products (S4HANA,
FIORI, SAC, SAP BTP, SCC, SAML2, SSO). Experience with okta ldP is added
advantage.
