Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the gold loan portfolio within the assigned region or branch
- Identify and acquire new customers by conducting market research and outreach activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gold loan products and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to gold loan transactions




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
