Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Leadership
- Develop
and implement procurement strategies aligned with project delivery
timelines and operational requirements.
- Establish
category management practices for construction, fit -outs, MEP,
infrastructure, and facilities services.
- Drive
value engineering, cost optimization, and sourcing efficiency across all
procurement activities.
Project Procurement (CapEx -Focused)
- Lead
procurement for real estate development projects including construction
materials, contractors, consultants, and technical services.
- Partner
with project management and design teams to ensure timely onboarding of
vendors and contractors.
- Manage
RFQs/RFPs, techno -commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract
finalization.
Facilities Procurement (OpEx -Focused)
- Oversee
sourcing of facility management services, AMC contracts, utilities,
workplace infrastructure, and operational supplies.
- Ensure
service continuity, compliance, and performance benchmarking of facilities
vendors.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Build
and manage a solid, compliant vendor ecosystem across construction and
facilities categories.
- Lead
commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and SLA -driven performance
management.
- Implement
supplier evaluation, onboarding, and governance frameworks.
Process & Governance
- Establish
procurement policies, controls,
and documentation aligned with compliance
and audit requirements.
- Drive
transparency, risk mitigation, and standardization across procurement
lifecycle.
- Implement
digital tracking, reporting dashboards, and cost -control mechanisms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work
closely with internal leadership, project teams, finance, and operations
to forecast procurement needs.
Act as a strategic advisor on market
intelligence, pricing trends, and sourcing
Requirements
Experience
- 10–15
years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on real estate,
construction, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven
experience managing procurement for large -scale commercial projects and
facilities operations.
- Background
in developer organizations, real estate services firms, EPC companies, or
corporate real estate teams preferred.
Skills & Expertise
- Deep
understanding of construction procurement, contracts, and vendor
ecosystems.
- Strong
commercial acumen with demonstrated negotiation expertise.
- Experience
managing both CapEx (project procurement) and OpEx (facilities
procurement) categories.
- Ability
to build procurement functions, processes, and governance in evolving
environments.
- Excellent
stakeholder management and cross -functional collaboration skills.
