Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building next -generation applications for global customers. If you are passionate about cutting -edge technology and innovation, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value (revenue, engagement, customer satisfaction).
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and domain experts to identify AI/ML opportunities that improve process efficiency.
- Develop production -grade ML models for use cases such as customer experience enhancement, recommendation systems, content generation, and predictive analytics.
- Monitor and continuously improve model performance through data enhancement, feature engineering, experimentation, and evaluation.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and contribute to innovation within the life sciences domain.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with exposure to complex, scalable projects.
- Strong expertise in one or more areas: Causal AI, Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Sequential Models, or Dimensionality Reduction.
- Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in real -world environments.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment tools, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow or MLflow.
- Hands -on experience with ML frameworks like scikit -learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Exposure to GenAI tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the life sciences domain is a plus.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
