We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant with experience in ERP transformation and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background and experience working with enterprise ERP solutions, preferably SAP. This role requires strong stakeholder management, business process understanding, and the ability to support ERP transformation initiatives across cross -functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Support ERP implementation, transformation, migration, and optimization projects.
- Analyze and document business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.
- Work closely with business, technology, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement -gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Assist in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training,
and change management activities.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Develop project documentation, process maps, business requirements, and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
- 4–8 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or transformation projects.
- Experience working with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes across functions.
- Experience managing stakeholder interactions and cross -functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a quick -paced, collaborative environment.
