Job Title: Scrum Master


Location: Mumbai


Experience: 4–6 years


Qualification: Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)


We’re hiring a Scrum Master for our client.



As the Scrum Master, your responsibilities would be:



- Driving Agile practices across cross -functional product and engineering teams.

- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand -ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Ensuring smooth sprint execution, timely delivery of high -quality outcomes, and removing blockers.



- Tracking and improving Agile metrics while coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and ownership.





Requirements


- 4–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, preferably in a startup or product -based organization.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.





- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Proven track record of scaling Agile across multiple teams and leading with a data -driven approach to performance.


- Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration, proactive problem -solving, and team enablement.
