As a Senior Manager specializing in SAP - ABAP HR, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency for clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on leveraging SAP technology to manage and utilize SAP software and solutions effectively, contributing to clients' strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will apply your skills and professional acumen to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will be crucial in driving project success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities





- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project deliverables
- Directing teams through complex challenges, maintaining composure in uncertain situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for business transformation
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team performance
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
- Promoting the use of SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to drive innovation and service excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP ABAP for HR solutions
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for creative business applications
