Job Summary


We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who will handle end -to -end hiring – from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment knowledge and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities


- Understand hiring needs from different departments

- Post job openings on job portals and social media

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.

- Conduct screening calls for applied Candidates





- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers

- Maintain candidate database and update hiring trackers

- Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding process

- Ensure a smooth experience for all candidates


Requirements

- Graduate in any field (preferably in HR or Business)

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)

- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
