Hiring: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (Python / React)


Location: Jaipur (On -Site)


Experience: 4 to 9+ Years

We’re looking for passionate engineers who love building scalable systems and solving real business problems. Whether you’re a strong mid -level developer (4+ years) or a seasoned senior (9+ years), this role offers the chance to grow, lead, and make a real impact.


You’ll work in a team-oriented, fast -paced environment where ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement are valued.




Key Responsibilities


- Design, develop, and scale high -performance applications

- Contribute to system architecture and design decisions

- Build robust backend services (Python) and/or frontend apps (React)

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross -functional teams

- Ensure code quality, testing, and performance optimization

- Participate in DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments)

- Take ownership of features from development to production.




For 7–9+ years candidates (Senior / Lead):

- Drive technical architecture and system design

- Mentor junior and mid -level engineers





- Lead critical projects and production issue resolution

- Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmap




Requirements

Our Tech Stack

- Python | PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery

- React, TypeScript

- Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, pytest

- AWS, GCP

- Docker, ECS Fargate, Terraform, GitHub Actions



Required Skills


Core Skills (4+ Years)

- Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) OR React (TypeScript)

- Good understanding of REST APIs & system design basics

- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / BigQuery

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, etc.)

- Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines




Advanced Skills (Preferred for 6–9+ Years)

- Experience in scalable system design & architecture

- Knowledge of Domain -Driven Design / Event -driven systems

- Hands -on with Cloud (AWS / GCP)

- Experience with Docker, Terraform, ECS Fargate

- Strong debugging & production support experience
