- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the Prachodhanam Project activities across assigned locations.

- Plan, organize, and monitor vocational training programs for beneficiaries.

- Ensure timely achievement of project goals, targets, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with vocational trainers, beneficiaries, families, and community stakeholders.

- Conduct beneficiary assessments, enrollments, and progress tracking.

- Maintain project records, attendance, reports, and other required documentation.

- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of vocational training activities.

- Organize awareness programs, workshops, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.

- Prepare periodic project reports and submit updates to management and funding agencies as required.

- Support beneficiaries in skill development, job placement, self -employment, and livelihood opportunities.
