We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Supervisor in Tirumayam, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities


- Supervise daily production activities in the drinking water plant.

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Coordinate workforce allocation and shift activities.

- Maintain production records and operational reports.

- Identify and resolve process -related issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within plant operations.


Required Skills

1. Production Supervision – Ability to oversee day -to -day plant operations.

2. Food Science Knowledge – Understanding of food safety and quality principles.

Work Experience Requirements

Education
