- Develop and optimize formulations for mouthwashes, toothpaste, gels, and other oral hygiene products.

- Conduct stability studies, pH and viscosity testing, and microbial preservation testing.

- Work with ingredients such as alcohols, essential oils, surfactants, flavors, and preservatives.

- Troubleshoot formulation issues (e.g., settling, separation, flavor loss).

- Ensure formulations comply with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., BIS, FDA, ISO).Interface with procurement, QA/QC, and production teams.


Requirements
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in personal care or oral care product development.

- Robust knowledge of solubilizers, preservatives, emulsions, and stability protocols.

- Familiarity with GMP documentation and lab -scale to production -scale transitions.
