- Conduct system launch calls with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with business goals
- Execute Facebook Ads campaigns and other standardized operational procedures (SOPs) as per client -specific requirements and scheduled timelines
- Provide scheduled technical and operational support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues
- Maintain availability for real -time support via call and text to address client needs promptly
- Submit regular performance and activity reports to the team lead
- Test and optimize new ad campaigns to improve client results and ROI
- Ensure clients achieve maximum return on investment through strategic campaign management and continuous improvement
- Strictly adhere to established SOPs and internal processes
