About the Organization
Furniture and Fittings Skill Council is an industry -led organization dedicated to the sustainable development of the furniture and interior industry in India. With the support of 1500+ companies, associations, academia and Skill Ambassadors, FFSC aims to build a strong ecosystem through skill development initiatives and collaborations.
Objective
The role will be responsible for generating CSR -funded projects, building corporate and industry partnerships, managing donor relationships and supporting FFSC’s skilling, apprenticeship, RPL, certification, placement -linked training and workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage corporates, CSR teams, foundations and industry partners for CSR -funded skilling projects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of CSR and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations and MoUs.
- Lead donor meetings, negotiations, project closures and partnership onboarding.
- Develop industry collaborations for Skilling, apprenticeship, RPL, certification and placement -linked initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, maintain MIS and ensure timely donor reporting.
- Represent FFSC in CSR meetings, industry forums and stakeholder discussions.
Key Performance Indicators
- Value and number of CSR -funded projects generated and closed.
- Number of new corporate, CSR and industry partnerships developed.
- Donor pipeline strength and proposal -to -conversion ratio.
- Repeat funding, donor retention and long -term partnership development.
- Industry participation in training, apprenticeship, placement, RPL and mentoring initiatives.
- Timely submission of proposals, MoUs, reports, dashboards and impact documents.
- Quality of project coordination, stakeholder satisfaction and reporting compliance.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- MBA / Master’s degree in Management, CSR, Social Work, Rural Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Development or a related discipline is preferred.
- Graduates with strong CSR fundraising, corporate relations, industry engagement or business development experience may also be considered.
Work Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, corporate relations, industry engagement, business development, institutional partnerships, skill development, livelihoods or workforce development.
- Experience in skill development, vocational training,
apprenticeships, employability, livelihoods, manufacturing, furniture, interiors, building materials or allied sectors will be preferred.
