Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the operations and planning team to
ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.

- Develop and implement production planning and scheduling to meet project timelines and customer delivery commitments.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, quality,
and logistics teams for seamless operations.

- Monitor daily production progress, identify bottlenecks,
and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure proper material planning and inventory coordination to avoid production delays.

- Track order status and ensure timely completion and dispatch
of projects.

- Maintain MIS reports,



production dashboards, and operational
performance reports for management review.

- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives within operations.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines,
and operational procedures.

- Mentor and guide team members to enhance productivity and
performance.


Key Skills Required

- Strong experience in production planning, operations
management, and team leadership.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and operational
priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent problem -solving and decision -making skills.

- Strong coordination and communication skills with
cross -functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

- Experience in manufacturing or electrical equipment industry
(preferably transformers) is an added advantage.


Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
